Rochelle Carrington is the Founder and President of Second Wind Advisory Group, Inc., a licensee of the Sandler Sales Institute®. Rochelle believes that proper training in effective sales and sales management practices, can help professionals put “second wind” back into their sales. As a marathon competitor and avid runner, Rochelle knows what it takes to go the distance. She understands it takes long term training to be successful and a strong finish is determined by dedication and practice.

 

Rochelle possesses over 16 years of experience in sales and sales management. She spent much of her career at the most highly regarded publishing companies including Meredith Corporation, Hearst Magazines and Conde Nast Publications. As an award winning salesperson and sales manager, her positions ranged from Consumer Products Director to Associate Publisher at magazines including Glamour, marie claire, Teen and Golf for Women.

 

Rochelle is an experienced professional in motivating the behaviors, attitudes and beliefs of a sales team, driving increased revenue generation and managing human capital. She is an accomplished speaker with expertise in all areas of marketing and sales, having trained and coached sales professionals, sales managers, marketing and advertising professionals of both large and small companies. She holds a B.A in Business Management and English from Luther College in Decorah, IA.
